He has asked some people from Cayman National Bank to come to India to meet with him. He is dealing with Butterfield bank in Cayman Islands and with JP Morgan chase in New York. He is around the Lajpat Nagar 3 area at the night, spending few hours every night in the house of this businessman. Claims to be living near the US embassy in Delhi as he is US citizen. His support network includes a guy called Jason Rubin from some law firm in Cayman Islands, and he is claiming he is associated with J P Morgan New York. Someone has already complained against him in police station as he promised to do a huge USD transaction through Swift MT103 but obviously did not deliver. He normally is asking ATM card and cash for flights, boarding, lodging and expenses. Also he uses drivers of his victims (usually big businessmen in Delhi) and always asks the driver to drop him off 50 to 100m from his final place...thus no one knows where he stays. Claims to be born in USA to parents who are living in New Jersey. Also claims he lived with his grandparents for 3 years or so. Talks English in American accent but is not able to speak proper Hindi (but can understand fully). Maybe armed and dangerous...but petty thief...looks to cheat people for Rs 25,000 upto 5 Lacs and goes from one victim to another. Also he claims that there is a Jet of JP Morgan waiting to take people (max 40) to New York directly. He will book the hotel immediately and send you the confirmation by email to win your confidence. Then he will ask money through cash, cheque or ATM card...so be careful.

He is very regular to hotels in Delhi, particularly Hyatt Bhikaji cama place where he tries to approach female guest of the hotel also. I have also been cheated by this fraud man.
